This winter, we’ve seen a few modern supercars subjected to winter-driving duties. While that’s cool, it doesn’t make us as jealous as watching this Lamborghini Miura rip through snow-covered streets. The folks at Kidston, a Swiss classic-car consultancy firm, put together a video honoring both the Shah of Iran and Enzo Moruzzi. To the unfamiliar, Moruzzi handled new car delivery to Lamborghini’s VIP clients for 38 years

The short seven-minute video dives into Moruzzi’s memories of the Shah treating his Lamborghini Miura SV like a toy and not the uber-expensive collector’s piece it eventually became. The acting between Moruzzi and his on-screen grandson won’t win an Oscar, but it only lasts for the first few minutes.

The mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive Miura might not be the first choice in winter transportation for modern-day aristocrats, but the “special snow tires” seem to manage the power from the V12 well.

Sliding sideways on snowy Italian mountain roads while behind the wheel of a Miura isn’t something most of us will do, but watching someone else do it isn’t such a bad consolation prize. Check out the video above.
